UCLA Postdoc Society website goes live
04 Aug 2004I setup a website for the UCLA postdoc association using geeklog. The site has been knocking around for a few weeks now but today it was finally moved to a suitable location… UCLA Postdoc Society. so I announced it on the postoc mailing list. Within minutes the hits came flooding in and hopefully people will come back once they find that there is nothing on the site! 5 hours after going live we have had 100 unique visitors and 25 Megabytes of traffic. Not bad but still only 10% of the total number of postdocs.
