Some albums for your consideration...

Well it doesn’t get much more eclectic than this little selection of recent randomness. Starting with the most listened to… the Kill Bill soundtracks, both 1 and 2 are both superb. It took a little while to get into the second one after the pure quality of the first but once there the satisfaction was ensured. Tarantino is a master of finding obscure tracks that are superb. Next up ‘Dial M For Monkey’… doesn’t just have a cool name… it is a very cool album of chilled tunes. In contrast ‘Fallen’ by Evanescence has rather more kick to it, being as it is Goth Metal… This aside I find myself liking it a lot more than I would have expected and would suggest even those without a penchant for such genres give it a whirl.

To round of the selection a 1970s Black Sabbath album, the one with the original version of War Pigs (original heard by me as the Faith No More version); and Ferry Corsten’s album of mildly amusing trance pop hits.
